LPBB® ---- (Light Production Blow&Blow)
Blow and Blow Light weighting of Glass containers.
The LPBB system is a vast improvement on other types on the market.
You can install LPBB generators and obtain a 85kPa vacuum in 200 ms from your compressed air.
You manage a compact system where vacuum is generated next to the place of consumption,
and only for period of time that is necessary. This system is extremely cost effective, and offers a real alternative to NNPB for some customers.
The technology is based on the use of vacuum on the blank side of a glass forming machine and brings the following benefits:
- Better quality containers due to uniform glass distribution and settle wave reduction.
- Real possibility of bottle weight reduction and production speed increase.
- This system consists of highly reliable components with perfect stability and repeatability
